Ingredients

44 minutes
3 persons
  1. 1 cupcurd
  2. 1 cupsooji
  3. 2potatoes
  4. Water as required
  5. Salt per taste
  6. 1 pinchChillies spowder
  7. 1 pinchTurmeric powder
  8. Eno half pkt
  9. Oil for greasing
  10. Curry leaves 2 strands
  11. Mustard seeds half tsp
  12. Cumin seeds half tsp
  13. halfLemon juice
  14. 1Green chilli slit
  15. 1Red chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    First cut potatoes in cube shapes and in small size and grind and makea batter

  2. 2

    Transfer potato batter in a bowl and then add semolina and mix and add curd and if required add water or otherwise add salt and mix all and keep it aside for 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Then after 15 minutes add soda Nd take idly stand and grease oil and pour with the help of spoon and steam for 15 minutes

  4. 4

    After 15 minutes let it cool down and take all idlies in a plate and on stove and put pan and add oil and once heat add all mustard and cumin seeds

  5. 5

    Once sputtter add curry leaves and powder and fry and then add idlies and fry for few minutes and aswitchoff stove then add lemon juice over it and mix
