  8. 2Chopped green chilli cut in slit
  9. 1 tbspGrated carrot
  10. 1/2 tspChopped ginger
  11. 1 cubeGrated processed cheese
  12. 2 tbspTomato ketchup
  13. 1/2 tspChilli flax
  14. 1/2 bowlBread crumb
  15. 1 tbspSoya sauce
  16. 1/2 tspVinegar
  17. to tasteSalt -
  18. 1/2 tspSugar
  19. 1 tbspChopped coriander leaves
  20. to tasteSalt
  21. as neededOil for fry
  22. 2 tbspOil

    Take a large bowl combine over cooked rice,cabbage,carrot,spring onion,bell pepper,chilli flex,salt processed cheese and coriander leaves and mix well.

    Make a medium size ball.

  5. 5

    Coat them with bread crumb.

  6. 6

    Heat enough oil in a pan.

  7. 7

    Deep fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.

  8. 8

    Serve with hot tea.

  9. 9

    Cook on a low flame.

  10. 10

    Serve hot
