Ingredients

  1. 8 pcsidli
  2. 2onion cut in slices
  3. 1capsicum in sliced
  4. 1tomato diced
  5. as neededmustard seeds
  6. to tasteSalt and pepper
  7. as neededOil for tadka
  8. For idli
  9. 1 cupsuji
  10. 1 cupcurd
  11. 1/2 tspeno
  12. as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    For idli... make batter of sooji and curd. Let it stand for 10 mins while make add eno and salt and make it idli maker

  2. 2

    Heat w wok add mustard seeds add onion. Let it be golden add capsicum and tomato add salt and chilli as per ur taste.. saute well

  3. 3

    Add idli and cut idli in diced. Mix well and simmer it for 2mins.. serve hot
