Firstly wash and soak sabudana for up to 4-5 hours and transfer it to a plate and spread it

Now roast peanuts in a pan till they turn lightly golden brown in colour and then remove the skin and roughly grind it and keep aside

Take a kadai put oil and heat it Now add cumin seed, chopped green chilli,grinded peanuts and saute it Now add Red chilli powder sabudana and salt and mix well

Add lemon juice, sugar and mix well and cook on low flame for 5-7 min

Sabudana khichdi is ready

Now add chopped coriander and potato mixture (chiwda)
I used haldiram's panchratan mixture
