Ingredients

  • 200 gmsMaida
  • 2 tspGhee
  • as neededOil for deep fry
  • PinchSalt
  • For stuffing
  • 20 gmCashew nuts shallow fried
  • 20 gmAlmonds shallow fried
  • 10 gmsRaisins
  • 3 tspCoconut powder
  • 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  • 2 tsppistachios chopped
  • 2 tspSugar powder
  • 1/4 tspSaffron
  • 1/4 tspGreen

Steps

  1. 1

    Keep a bowl put maida,ghee mix up nice together add water for making doe like roti doe...this doe separate 3 parts

  2. 2

    1 part mix up with saffron colour keep a side

  3. 3

    Another part as usual white colour

  4. 4

    3 rd part green colour mix up keep a side

  5. 5

    Take mixer jar put all fried make as powder roughly add sugar powder, cardom powder mix up stuffing is ready

  6. 6

    Take a saffron doe make roti,as well white,green

  7. 7

    Each one of colour roti apply ghee on top sprinkle flour then keep another roti

    Role up combine three colours

    Cut small pieces make again roti stuff already prepared drifruit sweet close it..twist the edges put into oil it should be fri both sides
