Fried vegetables and mbaazi

Steps

Prepare the mbaazi wash them and pre boil them

Peel and wash the potatoes and the other ingredients and set aside

Prepare the vegetables and cut into your desired size and cook for a few minutes (I like halfway cooked)

In a pan put oil and heat add the onions and cook until golden brown add the tomatoes and the spices of your own
- 5
Add the potatoes and let them cook then add the mbaazi
- 6
Serve it with your rice or chapati
