Ingredients

  1. 1 lbJimmy Dean Sausage
  2. 1 lbLean Hamburger
  3. 1 canRotel
  4. 1 pkTaco Seasoning
  5. 1.5 cupsGreen Peppers, chopped, (may use Red, & Yellow Peppers)
  6. 1 cupOnions, chopped
  7. 1 pkSharp Cheddar Cheese
  8. Optional: Salsa of your liking

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Brown and Mix Sausage and Hamburger.

  2. 2

    Add remainder of ingredients and cook until veggies are soft.

  3. 3

    Cool store or freeze until ready to use at campfire site.

  4. 4

    Use this mix and shredded cheese on bread in your Campfire Sandwich/Pie cookers. Salsa may also be added.
