10 potatoes
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbspcumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbspVegetable oil
1/2 tbsp chilli powder
to tasteSalt
1/4 cupcoriander leaves
1 pinchgaram masala

Steps

Peel the potatoes and cut into fourths.

Heat the oil in pan.

Add cumin seeds, garlic paste and green chillies.

Now add the potatoes and mix well.

Heat the potatoes until golden brown.

Then add all masalas and mix them well.

Add coriander leaves.

Now serve with love.
