Steps

Keep ingredients spices ready,heat oil in pressure cooker saute onions light brown,add tomatoes saute.

Add the chicken mince,spices,ginger garlic paste.

Mix all well,add soaked Dal mix chicken mince dal spices well now,add garam masala here with star anise,bay leaf.

Add 1 glass water pressure cook 10 minutes,remove as done keep aside,fry some onion in ghee add the mix ready then

Mix cool 1 minute,add rice,mix lightly,add salt to taste,3 cups water,cook 7-8 minutes top with 1 tspn ghee cover cook 3-4 minutes on slow flame or on tawa under the pot

Heat oil fry your favourite papad,add to serving plate with sliced onions tomatoes,piece of lime,green chilli whole to garnish and enjoy.
