Firstly cook the rice and keep aside

In a pan heat the oil and add cumin seeds then add chopped onion and potatoes cut in cubes

Cook it, then add all the chopped veggies

Add salt and cook for atleast 10 minutes in medium flame

In a pan heat the oil add all the whole spices then add cooked veggies, then add rice and all masalas (mentioned in ingredients)

Mix it well then add schezwan sauce and mix it well

Adjust the taste of salt cook for 5 minutes in low flame serve hot
