Ingredients

  • 1/4 cuppork belly drippings
  • 1 teaspoonseasoned salt
  • 1large onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the onion and add to the hot pork belly drippings. Sauté till translucent.

    Add the salt and sauté another 8 minutes
