Ingredients

10 pieces
  1. For saffron dough-
  2. 1 cupAll purpose flour
  3. 1carrot
  4. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tbsponion powder
  6. 1 tsppepper powder
  7. Salt as per Taste
  8. 2 tspoil
  9. For white dough-
  10. 1cupAll purpose flour
  11. 2 tspoil
  12. Salt as per Taste
  13. Water
  14. For green dough-
  15. 1 cupAll purpose flour
  16. 1/2 cupGreen peas
  17. 1 tspginger green chilli paste
  18. 1 pinchhing
  19. 1 tspfennel seeds powder
  20. Salt as per Taste
  21. 2 tspoil
  22. 2 tspoil for brushing baking try

Steps

    First brush oil in baking try.

  2. 2

    Now preheat the oven for 10 minutes in 180°c.

  3. 3

    Now take one pan and cook carrot till it dries in 1 tsp oil with salt, ginger garlic paste, onion powder and pepper powder.

    Now mix it in All purpose flour and make dough.

  5. 5

    Now cook peas in one tsp oil till it dries with, salt,hing, fennel seeds powder and ginger-chilli paste.

  6. 6

    Now mix it with All purpose flour and make dough.

  7. 7

    Mix all white dough ingredients and make dough.

  8. 8

    All three colour dough are ready.

  9. 9

    Roll three chapati one by one with each colour dough.

  10. 10

    Keep saffron on a plate,then white,then green.

  11. 11

    Roll all and make a log.

  12. 12

    Now slice logs and keep it on baking try.

  13. 13

    Now bake it for 10-12 minutes at 180° c.

    Yummy baked phinwheels are ready.brush it with butter and serve with chutney or hot sauce.
