Mix curd, water and semolina and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Now add lemon juice,salt and sugar in it.

Now add soda in lukewarm oil and add it in batter.

Now divide it in three equal portions in three bowl.

Add grated orange carrot in one portion and green colour drop in another bowl.

Now heat idli steamer and grease oil in idli mould.

Now pour prepared batter one by one in moulds.

Now steam it in high flame for 10-12 minutes.

Now let it cool for 5 minutes.

Now remove them from mould.

Serve hot with sambhar and chutney.
