
Cauliflower, potatoes & chickpeas

Separate cauliflower into florets, cook in boiling salted water for 5 mins, drain. Reserve about 150ml cooking water

Roughly chop potatoes & cook in boiling salted water for 10mins. Drain
- 3
Heat oil, butter in a fry pan & sauce garlic & onion.

Stir in spices. Add cauliflower, potatoes & reserved cooking water, simmer on low for 10mins
- 5
Drain & add chickpeas & spinach. Cook until spinach wilts. Serve up with a dollop of yoghurt
