Mutton Potato Jhol

Heat oil in bottom sized pan. Add bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and block pepper. Saute it for 2 minutes.

Add the onion paste. saute it until golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste. saute until golden brown.

Add the tomato puree. saute it for 3-4 minutes. then add the chopped potatoes.

Mix it well until the potatoes are nicely fried.

Add all the masalas and mix it well.. let the masala cook.

Then add the mutton. cook it for 15-20 minutes until it has absorbed the masalas. Then add lukewarm water in it. Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook it until 3-4 whistles.

Your mutton potato jhol is ready.
