Boil water add little salt and some oil then your rice and cook till ready.

Fry onions and ginger on medium heat,add garlic and stir continuously till brown

Add tomatoes till crushly cooked, add little water and cook for 1-2 mins

Mix in carrots and peppers,and little water to thin the sauce,add also coconut cream and mix well

Add in ndengu and stir till fully mixed.Add more water/coconut cream

Turn off heat, sprinkle some Dania,mix and then serve
