First we need hard boiled eggs 4 now let us fry these boiled eggs in a pan

Add oil and heat it saute and add eggs fry them till they turm crispy

Then add chopped onion medium sized saute till turns golden brown in colour

Then add ginger garlic paste 1 tsp and saute till turn raw small disappears add green chilies add roughly ground tomatoes medium sized cook then till tomatoes become smooth

Add a cup of water and when it boiled add fried eggs coriander leaves and a tsp of fenugreek leaves cook till oil a perepar on sides

Serve in hot with roti or rice
