Make a dough using maida,salt and 1 tbsp oil..keep it covered for 15 mins

Take a puri sized dough and roll it in a rolling pin.

Deep fry these kachoris in medium flame so that it will be crispy golden brown in colour

Boil and mashed potatoes..add salt

Mash the tamarind in some water and add sugar 3-4 tsp

Take two kachoris and place a thin layer of potatoes

Sprinkle chopped onion,tomatoes,green chilli

Add yoghurt 1 tbsp and green chutney

Add the tamarind syrup

Sprinkle chaat masala,salt,red chilli powder and black salt

Sprinkle bhujia sev or nimki from the top

Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve
