Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  • 200 gmpumpkin
  • 2chopped onion
  • 2slitted chillies
  • 1 tsp eachjeera, rai and methi ( cumin, mustard,fenugreek)
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tsphaldi/turmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • as neededchopped coriander

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean and cut the ingredients

    Put oil in a kadhaee add chillies, raee, jeera and maethi.

    Add onions into it.

    After 5min add kaddu

    Add haldi, namak and red chilli powder. cook for 10 more minutes.

    Garnish with chopped coriander
