Steps

Take spinach and cut it's stem

Wash it properly and keep it aside

For Batter:-

Take a bowl add besan, salt, red chilli powder and carom seeds and mix

Add little water and make a batter out of it

Now heat the oil and dip the spinach leaf in batter and fry

Fry them till they crisp

Now let the spinach leaves cool

Place the leaves in a plate add curd and chutneys along with nylon sev

Chaat is ready to serve
