Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  • 2ridged gourd
  • 2Potatoes
  • 1/4 cuppoppy seeds paste
  • 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1-2slitted green chillies
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and add the gourd sliced into cubes

  2. 2

    Saute till moisture dries up

  3. 3

    Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Now add green chilli paste and poppy seeds paste and saute well

  5. 5

    Add sugar and slitted green chillies

  6. 6

    Serve it with a dash of raw mustard oil
