In a food processor mix all the ingredients apart from red chilli powder. Blitz it to smooth consistency.
Remove in a microwave bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Remove from microwave and add dry chilli powder and mix well. Let it cool and store in airtight jar in refrigerator. This chutney will keep for 3 to 4 weeks. - 2
