Ek pan lein usme 1table spoon oil deal kar garam karein.

Ab usme onion daale.Phir usme ginger garlic paste daal kar thora saute karein.

Ab usme tomato daalein.phir usme turmeric powder,salt,red chilli powder daal dein.

Masala mix ho jae uske baad usme boiled soya granules daal dein.

Gas sim pe kar pan dhak dein.

5 min baad isme coriander leaves daal kar gas band kar dein.

Sabji dandi hone dein.

Gas pe tawa garam karein

Wheat dough lekar do chote pere lein

Uski roti belein. Ek roti par soya granules ki sabji 2 tsp daal kar doosri roti usper rakh ke side se daba dein.

Halke se use belein,fir garam tawa par daal kar dono or sein ghee laga kar sek lein.

Garama garam soya granules paratha dahi or atchar ke saath serve karein.
