Steps

Peel potatoes cut in big cubes. On a hot tawa drop little oil and roast the potatoes evenly from all sides. When done transfer them on an absorbant paper in a plate.

Take a bowl. Put potatoes and all the spice, salt to taste and lemon juice (or tamarind water) and mix well.

Serve immediately yummy potato chaat.
