  • 4potatoes boiled
  • 2 cupsall purpose flour
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 bunchcoriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 4green chillies chopped
  • 2onion chopped
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • to tastesalt and sugar
  • as neededoil

    Mash the potatoes mix all the masslas

  2. 2

    Now knead a dough with the flour

  3. 3

    Take small portion of the dough and fill the mixture in it

  4. 4

    Roll it and give desired shape

  5. 5

    Grease a tawa with ghee and shallow fry

  6. 6

    Serve it with sauce
