Ingredients

  1. मैदा-200 ग्राम
  2. घी या तेल -60 ग्राम
  3. थाइम (अजवेन) -1/2 छोटा चम्मच
  4. भरने के लिए:
  5. उड़द धुली -100gm
  6. धनिया-2tbsp
  7. सौंफ़ बीज-2tbsp
  8. 6 tspहिंग-1 /
  9. लाल मिर्च पाउडर -1 / 4 छोटा चम्मच।
  10. अदरक-1tspfinely
  11. कटा हुआ धनिया पत्ते -1tbsp
  12. नमक स्वादअनुसार
  13. तलना के लिए ओई

Steps

    3-4 घंटे के लिए दाल धो लें और भिगो दें। पानी के बिना इसे अच्छी तरह से बांधें।
    धनिया भूनेऔर सौंफ़ के बीज। इसे कोरसली लें.अब एक दाल में सभी सामग्री जोड़ें और अच्छी तरह मिलाएं।
    एक पैन में 1 चम्मच तेल गरम करें और दाल मिश्रण को तलना। जब स्टोव को सूखा बंद कर दें और इसे ठंडा करें।

    मैदा में अजवाइन और तेल डालेऔर इसे पुरी आटा की तरह गूंध लें। गपेडा बनाओ और हथेलियों पर फटकारें दाल मिश्रण लें और गपेडे को भरें.अब इसे इकट्ठा करें और किनारों को सील करें। रोलिंग पिन पर बहुत ज्यादा नहीं। यह पुरी से मोटी है।

    इसे धीमी आग पर फ्राइ करे।इसमें फ्राई करने में समय लगता है।
    चाय के कप के साथ हरी या टमरीड चटनी के साथ खाएं या अलू की टिककी की तरह चैट करें
