200 gmsgreen moong
1big onion.finally chopped
1tomato finally chopped
1boiled potato (cut into small pieces)
to tasteSalt
to tasteRed chilli
1/4 tspAmchur powder
1 pinchblack salt
1 pinchchat masala
1 spoonlemon juice

Soak the moong 5_6hours for preparing sprouts.

Drain the water and left it for overnight.

Take the sprouts in a bowl and add all ingriedients.your protien rich diet is ready to eat.
