Ingredients

  1. 500 gmmeat
  2. Boild rice
  3. 2big tomatos
  4. Handfulcashew nut
  5. As neededColour food
  6. 1/2-1 cupyogurt
  7. 2onion
  8. 2 clovesgarlic
  9. 1green bell pepper
  10. As neededginger or ginger paste
  11. 1/2Ts kashmiri chili powder
  12. 1 stickcinnamon
  13. 2bay leaves
  14. 4cardamom
  15. PinchMix masala
  16. 1/2turmeric
  17. Pinchcrashed Black pepper
  18. PinchDried coriander
  19. Pinchdried cumin
  20. 1Maggie or stock cube

Cooking Instructions

    Wash meat with once with water.

  2. 2

    Add the yogurt with all spice marinate it for one night or few hours before cooking as needed.

    Add oil to the pan fry onion and garlic.

  4. 4

    Take half of onion keep for later.

  5. 5

    Add meat to onion turn to both side then add green bell pepper.

    Add two tomatoes and Maggie.

    Add Some water until oil spreated from sauce and meat cooked.

    Add part of ready boild rice down on the in the dish.

    Then the meat with sauce, green bell pepper and tomato.

    Add the other half of rice on the top of meat.

    Add one food colour or two as you like.

    Put in the top onion and cashew nut.

  13. 13

    Serve it with yogurt salads if you like.
