Firstly boil Chana in a cooker fr 3/4 whistle with salt as per requirement

Thn in a big bowl/vessel put boiled chana and thn put Onions (cut and very small pieces), tomatoes pieces (take out the seeds), boiled potatoes cubes and

Thn put all Masala including (jeera powder kalimirch powder Black salt and little Chaat masala

Lastly put all fruits (.Apple pieces, pineapple pieces,ponegrante seeds) mix with big spoon(optional payaya pieces)

Thn put little dry fruits (few cashews pieces and dates pieces and badams pieces,(peanuts optional)

And it taste yummy and good fr health
