Ingredients

  1. 1/2 Cupsugar
  2. 21/2 cupsall purpose flour
  3. 11/2 cupsmargarine
  4. 2eggs
  5. 2tspn vanilla essence
  6. 21/2tspn baking powder
  7. 1tspn lemon zest
  8. 1 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 180degrees, line 12 muffin cups

  2. 2

    Whisk Margarine and sugar till light, beat in eggs one at a time

  3. 3

    Add the flour mixed with baking powder, add milk then vanilla essence

  4. 4

    Devide into muffin cups bake for 20mins, cool on a rack and serve
