Ingredients

20 minutes
2-3 servings
  • 1 bunchtaro stem steamed
  • 1 handfulBengal gram
  • 1 cupdesiccated coconut
  • 1 tspnigella seed
  • 3-4green chillies slitted
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper nigella seed and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add steamed taro and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Cover it till it gets soft adding Bengal gram

  4. 4

    Now add coconut and red chilli powder

  5. 5

    Mix well adding sugar

  6. 6

    Garnish it with coconut and serve
