Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgchicken
  • 5-6onion chopped
  • 2 tspginger garlicpaste
  • 1"dalcheeni
  • 2lavang
  • 1-2cardamom
  • 1/2 tspjeera
  • 1-1 eachPoppy seed,javitri whole masale roest on tawa &bland in mixsi jar
  • 2-3tomato puree
  • leavesCoriander
  • For marinate-
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 2-3 tspcream
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1coal piece
  • as neededOil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspkashmiri mirch

Steps

  1. 1

    First wash the chicken and take abowlmixmarination in 1/2hours

  2. 2

    Take anon stickpan brushing allchickenpieces to oil

  3. 3

    Pan sharing and 70/persent cookthem

  4. 4

    Take a other pan add 2-3tsp oil jeera,onion fry likea pink add ginger garlicpaste

  5. 5

    Than add tomato puree and add garam masala,lal mirch powder &add frychickenpices mix them as well add salt,cream 1cup water

  6. 6

    After10-15min chicken isready

  7. 7

    Take a coal heatthe gas

  8. 8

    Take akatori put the coaladd ghee,this katori put the chicken greavy in the middle &covered them a lid for 5min

    Our chicken angara is ready

    Then add tomato
