Ingredients

350 gFruit mix
1 canCrushed Pineapple
1 teaspoonmixed spice
1 teaspoonbaking soda
1egg
1 cupplain flour
1 cupself raising flour
1 cupBrown Sugar

Steps

Put fruit mix crushed, pineapple. sugar, mixed spice into a large pot and place on heat until boiling. Allow to cool.

Add egg and mix in baking soda. Stir and mix well.

Add in flour and mix all together. Grease a cake tin and place mixture into tin. Place in a warmed oven at 250° for 1 hour.
