Roasted Vegetable Masala Daliya

Heat the pressure cooker and dry roast the dalia till it changes colour slightly and then remove.

In the same cooker add the oil, cumin, peppercorns, cinnamon, cloves and sauté.

Add the mixed vegetables (you can add any vegetables of your choice) and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add roasted daliya, turmeric, red chilli powder and salt. Mix everything well.

Add 1 cup water and close the cooker lid. After 3-4 whistles turn of the heat and let the steam from the cooker escape.

Roasted Vegetables Daliya is read to serve!
