Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 kgboneless chicken cut into small cubes
  • 1whole pineapple
  • 25 gmswhite seasame
  • 2 tbspcornflour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1/2 cupsweet chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sauf
  • as neededWhite oil
  • 1 tsppaparika powder
  • Salt and sugar as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the chicken thoroughly and marinade with garlic paste for Half an hr.There after boil the chicken and drain out the water.

  2. 2

    Grind together seasame,,sauf and diced pineapple cubes.keep the mix paste Sep.eparately.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle cornflour and deep fry the boiled chicken pieces.Keep aside.

  4. 4

    Lessen the oil in the frying pan. Add the pineapple seasame paste and stir fry.Add the sauces salt and sugar and continue frying.

  5. 5

    Add water and lower the flame. Cover with a lid.After the gravy thickens add the remaining requisite salt and sugar.

  6. 6

    Put in the fried chicken pieces. Let the gravy get along with the chicken pieces.

  7. 7

    Remove from the flame and serve garnishing with pineapple slices and roasted seasame.
