  • Water to boil
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for deep-frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the nduma and put them in a sufuria add water cover with a lid and boil them

  2. 2

    When ready let them cool and peel off

  3. 3

    In another sauce pan put oil and heat it till smoking

  4. 4

    Deepfry the nduma and enjoy it with tea
