Steps

Peel the potatoes and cut them thinly in a circle shape

In a bowl put flour and cut in the dhania and leeks
- 3
Add water or milk in that mixture
- 4
Pass the potatoes in that mixture by make sure they have that colour of the mixture
- 5
Deep fry in hot oil until they turn brown and soft
- 6
When they cool you can serve
