  • Potatoes
  • Cloveharlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes and cut in to four add to roasting dish peel the garlic chop some cloves and leave some whole add to the roasting tin

  2. 2

    Add about 3-4 tablespoons of oil to the potatoes stir so there all covered in oil then add salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Add to pre heated oven and roast until golden dry and crispy
