First take all purpose flour salt suji baking soda and oil mix well and make a 3 parts and add food colour in 1-1-1part and kneadthight dough. Cover with wet cloth and rest for 1o-15 mins. Now knead properly and make small balls. Take asmall ball in a palm and spread and take fork spread and press properly. and fold on opposite side stick the edges. Like this way make all kulkul and fry on mid. slow flame. Sprinkle pepper powder and serve.
