  • 1 pouchEno

  • to tasteSugar
  • 1 tspMustard seed
  • 4-5Green chilli
  • 1 inchGinger
  • 2 pinchTurmeric powder
  • as neededCurry leaves
  • To tasteLemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Take besan and semolina in half half proportion mox well add curd and wate salt lil sugar black pepper turmaric mix well preper lose batter and whisk ti incorporate air in this

    Greas mold with ghee

    Preaper steamer

    Add eno in better and quickly pour in greased pan

    Place ot in steamer

    Steam for 10 minutes covered and check with help of fork whether it's cooked or not

    Cooked beacouse fork is dry now let it cool

    Now demold on plate and take pan for tarka add ghee fry curry leaves musterd seed now add water in it add sugar 3 tsp and boil it and pour on demolded dhokla

    Serve garnished dhokla
