Add eno in better and quickly pour in greased pan

Place ot in steamer

Steam for 10 minutes covered and check with help of fork whether it's cooked or not

Cooked beacouse fork is dry now let it cool

Now demold on plate and take pan for tarka add ghee fry curry leaves musterd seed now add water in it add sugar 3 tsp and boil it and pour on demolded dhokla

Serve garnished dhokla
