Method for Stuffed soya chap-

Firstly boiled the soya chap for 10 minutes, then cut it into two parts. Then grate the paneer.

Now take kadhai put oil heat it then add ginger garlic paste, onion paste and saute for 2 minutes. After that add coriander powder, red chilli powder, Paneer masala powder, salt, Turmeric powder and saute for 2 minutes then add grated Paneer add saute for 2 minutes your filling is ready.

Now take soya chap in the hole put the filling and fill all the soya chap. Now take bowl put maida add 1 teaspoon salt and with water make running types of batter. Then all soya chap dip in this batter and deep fry it and keep aside.

Method for Yellow gravy-

First of all we make brown Onion paste. Cut Onions in slices and deep fry it then in grinder make paste.

Then take kadhai put oil heat it then put cumin seeds crackle them then add dry red chilli. Then add ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder and saute it.
Then add curry powder, red chilli powder saute it. After that add turmeric powder, just stir. - 8
Then add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
Now add cashew nut paste saute it then add curd, brown onion paste, sabzi masala powder and salt saute till oil separated. - 9
Then add 1 bowl water, gravy consistency as per your choice.
Now put soya chap and give one boil. - 10
Your dish is ready for Relishing.
