Steps

Take 8-10 Small Baby Potatoes and boil for 2-5 minutes after peeling skin.Fry it and keep aside.

Take a big size onion and chop it and add to it a few cashew nuts and 1/2 tsp Poppy Seeds and grind it in a Mixy.

Take 3 tomato and chop it and grind in Mixy to make tomato puree.

Now take 2 tbsp Oil and heat it and add Mustard Seeds and Whole jeera,hing and then add 1/2 tbsp Garlic Paste,1 tsp Ginger Paste and now add the onion paste.

Cook till the oil rise.Now add 1 tsp Kasuri Methi,1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder,1 spoon Red Chilli Powder,1 tsp Dhaniya Powder,1 tsp Garam Masala Powder and mix it.

Now add tomato puree to it.Cook for a round 5 minutes till the gravy is cooked.

Now add the fried potato in it and mix again.

Cook for some time.Finally add about 2 Spoon of Fresh Cream and stir it nicely.

Add Fresh Coriander and mix nicely.Garnish with Fresh Cream and Fresh Coriander.Now it's ready.Alter as per taste.
