To make Nimki first take all maida in a Thali.

Add salt and mix well.Put hot oil all over maida and mix.

Now with sufficient water knead maida and keep aside 15mins.

Heat oil in a wok.

Take a ball out from kneaded maida and roll into thick roti like and cut into diamonds like shape.

Deep fry till golden brown on medium heat.

Crispy Nimki is ready for the festival!!
