1 Toat flour
1 tbrown sugar
1 TThrive instant milk powder
1/4 CThive fruit

Instant: add 3/4 C. water in your jar, stir and microwave (no lid) for 1 1/2 minutes. Eat from jar.

Save in jar or ziplock bag for light travel.

If having apple cinnamon, add 1/2 t cinnamon.
