Ingredients

  1. 22 ozfrozen waffle fries
  2. 8 ozsauerkraut, drained
  3. 1/4 c.Ketchup
  4. 2 Tbsrelish
  5. 1/4 cupRobert Rothschild Farm Toasted Garlic Horseradish Dip
  6. 2 c.Shredded Swiss

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

    Layer waffle fries in the bottom and up sides of cast iron skillet. Top with sauerkraut and corned beef.

  3. 3

    In a small bowl, stir together ketchup and relish and drizzle over corned beef. Drizzle Toasted Garlic Horseradish Dip over corned beef. Top with shredded cheese.

    Bake for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
