A super yummy and super crispy chips which you can easily make at home. These chips are very famous in South India .Your kids will definitely love it...
Steps
- 1
Take the bananas and remove it's cover.
- 2
Cut the bananas into thin slices.
- 3
Take a pan and pour oil.Once it's hot,put the banana pieces into it for frying...I have used mustard oil because getting edible coconut oil in Assam is a bit difficult.
- 4
Now the most important part.Very carefully, add 1tsp of water, salt and turmeric mixture into the oil.It will help to give colour to the chips and the taste will be equally salty.
- 5
Your fresh homemade chips are ready.
