Slice your beef to your preferable size and put it in sufuria to boil till its tender then add the chopped onions, soy sauce, well pounded garlic, some lemon juice, salt to taste and stir. When add some dhania. Remember no cooking oil is added.

Chop your tomatoes add sliced onions and dhania, Sprinkle some salt them mix. Add some lemon juice and your kachumbari is ready to serve.
