First wash and soak both dal for 4 hours.

Now grind it a little water and hing. Now beat it from hands so that it fluppy.

Now heat oil.

Now make pakode of dal.

Fry till it golden brown.

Now take water and add salt. Now dip hot bhalla in water for 15 minutes.

Now press it and squeeze out water.

Now beat the curd with salt and dip the bhalla in it.

Plate bhalla in a plate top with tamarind chutney, green chutney, pomegranate pearls, coriander leaves and crushed papdi.
