In a mixing bowl take maida, 2 tablespoons of oil, salt to taste, and Ajwain

Mix well and knead a tight dough using water

Keep it covered aside for rest... sometime

For dry stuffing, in mixer jar, take namkeen Sev, red chilli powder, roasted jeera powder, 1 teaspoon of sugar, little salt and amchur powder

And grind it well in to a fine powder (stuffing is ready)

Now, prepare small balls of ready dough and roll out small puris and cut them in to 2 equal halves

Take a half circle, prepare it's cone and stuff sufficient amount of ready stuffing in it

Seal all the open ends

Likewise, prepare all the mini samosas

Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan, and deep fry all mini samosas on very low heat. Keep turning in between and deep fry till golden in colour

Once completely cold, store in a air tight container and enjoy endlessly anytime...with your favourite tea, coffee, tomato sauce or green chutney
