Easy Pancakes with Fruit Salad, Joom Style

1. Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir the dry ingredients together until well combined.

2. Add the milk, eggs, and oil to the flour mixture.

3. Stir the mixture until it becomes thick and smooth.

4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Pour the pancake batter into the pan, adjusting the size as desired.

5. Watch for bubbles forming on the surface of the pancake. Once the batter is cooked and dry, flip the pancake (be careful not to burn it).

6. Place the cooked pancakes on a rack to let the steam escape. Repeat until all the batter is used.

7. Serve as desired. Enjoy with fresh fruit, chocolate sauce, honey, or various jams.
